Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026. We maintain a transparent and equitable refund policy tailored to our cohort workshops, intensives, and private strategy audits.
1. General Refund Philosophy
Because our Masterclass cohorts and Weekend Intensives are strictly capped at 16 attendees to preserve high-touch instructional quality, each seat reservation directly impacts student intake and resource planning. This policy establishes clear timelines and conditions for withdrawals, cancellations, and transfers.
2. Masterclass & Weekend Intensive Cancellation Schedule
- 14 or More Days Prior to Start: Full 100% refund of all paid tuition fees, minus an administrative banking transaction charge of ₩30,000 (or currency equivalent).
- 7 to 13 Days Prior to Start: 50% partial refund of total tuition, or 100% transfer credit applied toward the subsequent cohort intake.
- Less than 7 Days Prior to Start: Due to finalized venue allocations, printed course materials, and locked seat reservations, tuition is non-refundable. However, students may request a one-time transfer of their enrolment to a future cohort schedule.
- After Cohort Commencement / Work Already Started: Once course orientation has occurred, workbooks have been dispatched, or the first live instructional module has begun, no refunds will be granted.
3. 1-on-1 Strategy Diagnostic Audits & Consultations
For private 1-on-1 diagnostic sessions with Kang Mira or senior faculty:
- Rescheduling: Permitted with at least 48 hours prior notice at no additional cost.
- Cancellations with 48+ Hours Notice: Eligible for a 100% full refund.
- Cancellations under 48 Hours or No-Shows: Subject to a 50% late-cancellation deduction to compensate faculty preparation time.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are strictly non-refundable once delivered:
- Digital course workbooks, cheatsheet PDFs, and indicator formula documentation once downloaded or accessed.
- Completed 1-on-1 consultation hours and individualized written Diagnostic Audit Reports.
- Special corporate customized training engagements once curriculum design has commenced.
5. Institutional Cancellations & Rescheduling
In the rare event that AppBridge Base must reschedule or cancel a cohort due to severe weather, facility emergency, or instructor illness, enrolled students will be given the option of either:
- A full 100% refund of all tuition fees paid; or
- Guaranteed priority placement in the rescheduled cohort session with no additional fees.
6. Refund Request Procedure & Processing Time
