1. Educational Scope & Non-Advisory Status

AppBridge Base Technical Analysis Training Institute (referred to herein as "AppBridge Base," "we," "our," or "the Institute") provides specialized educational instruction in technical chart analysis, quantitative indicators, and moving average confluence methodologies.

All course lectures, slide decks, workbooks, indicator formula breakdowns, chart reviews, and verbal feedback provided by instructors are strictly intended for general educational and training purposes. AppBridge Base is an educational academy and does not operate as a financial advisory firm, securities broker-dealer, or registered investment advisor under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act (FSCMA) of the Republic of Korea or any foreign regulatory authority.

Nothing contained within our programs, website, or instructional materials constitutes a personalized recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, commodity, derivative, cryptocurrency, or foreign exchange contract. Market participants are solely responsible for conducting their own independent financial due diligence and assuming all risks associated with live capital execution.

2. Enrolment, Tuition, & Admission

Admission to our Masterclass cohorts, Weekend Intensives, and 1-on-1 Diagnostic Consultations is subject to seat availability and instructor approval. Invoices must be settled in full prior to the release of course workbooks or entry to live lecture sessions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary educational materials, including but not limited to the Moving Average Confluence Matrix, course workbooks, slide decks, video archives, indicator calculation sheets, and diagrams created by AppBridge Base are the exclusive intellectual property of AppBridge Base.

Enrolled students are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review course materials for individual educational study. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, public broadcast, commercial resale, or sublicensing of our educational materials is strictly prohibited and subject to civil and criminal penalties under copyright law.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, AppBridge Base and its faculty members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including financial trading losses, lost profits, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use our educational principles or charting methodologies.

5. Code of Conduct & Classroom Etiquette

We maintain a professional, focused learning environment across all in-person studio workshops and digital video streams. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or unauthorized solicitations toward fellow students or faculty will result in immediate termination of enrolment without refund.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). Any legal proceedings or dispute resolutions shall be submitted exclusively to the competent jurisdiction of the Ulsan District Court (Ulsan, Republic of Korea).
